Preheat oven
to 180° C. Place silicon cupcake moulds on a baking tray and line them with
paper cases.
Step 2
Sieve flour,
baking powder and salt into a bowl.
Step 3
Cream
together butter and castor sugar in another bowl with an electric beater. Add
vanilla essence and whisk well.
Step 4
Break 1 egg
into the bowl and whisk. Add egg white and whisk. Add vodka and whisk well. Add
flour mixture and fold in well. Add milk and mix well into a smooth batter.
Step 5
Fill a
piping bag with this batter and pipe it out into the lined silicon cupcake
moulds filling ¾ of it.
Step 6
Place the
tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, cool
and demould.
