oBoil sufficient water in a deep non-stick
pan. Add potato fingers and salt and cook till the potato fingers are almost
done. Strain.
oStep 2
Freeze the
boiled potato fingers for 20-25 minutes. Transfer into a zip-lock bag and
freeze again for 2-3 hours.
Step 3
To prepare
tomato sauce, heat tomato puree in another deep non-stick pan. Add honey,
chilli powder, dried ginger powder and black salt, mix and cook on low heat
till the mixture reduces and thickens.
Step 4
Preheat air
fryer to 180º C.
Step 5
Add olive
oil to frozen potato fingers and toss well. Transfer into the air fryer basket.
Step 6
Put the
basket into the preheated air fryer and air cook for 12-15 minutes.
Step 7
Add salt to
the sauce and mix. Add vinegar, mix and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer into a
serving bowl.
Step 8
Transfer the
French fries onto the worktop, sprinkle salt over them and mix well. Transfer
into a paper bag.
