How to make Mango Sago Pudding Unknown April 10, 2018 Unknown Prep Time : 1.30-2 hour Cook time : 6-10 minutes Serve : 4 Level Of Cooking : Easy Taste : Sweet Ingredients for Mango Sago Pudding Recipe o Mango pulp 1 cup o Sago (sabudana) soaked for 30 mins ¾ cup o Ghee 2 tbsps + for greasing o Milk reduced 1 cup o Sugar 1/4 cup o Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon o Desiccated coconut For topping o Plum fan for garnishing Method Step 1 Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add sago and sauté for 1 minute. Step 2 Add reduced milk and stir well. Add sugar and cardamom powder, stir to mix and cook for 2 minutes. Step 3 Add mango pulp, mix well and cook till the sago is fully cooked and mixture thickens. Step 4 Grease a glass baking dish with some ghee. Pour the cooked mixture in it and spread evenly, cool to room temperature and refrigerate till set. Step 5 Top with desiccated coconut, garnish with the plum fan and serve chilled.
