Mango Kulfi Recipe

Ingredients for Mango Kulfi Recipe

o    Mango pulp 2 cups

o    Milk Powder 1 cup

o    Milkmaid 1 cup (400gms)

o    Kiwi peeled and chopped 1

o    Red apple chopped 1 small

o    Green apple chopped 1 small

o    Sabza seeds 2 tablespoons

o    Falooda soaked in warm water 1/4 cup

o    Chopped pistachios for garnishing

o    Chopped almonds for garnishing

o    Fresh mint leaves for garnishing

Method

Step 1

Heat ¼ cup water in a non-stick pan. Add milk powder and whisk well.

Step 2

Add Milkmaid and keep whisking. Add mango pulp and keep whisking. Cook for 1 minute.

Step 3

Remove from heat, cool the mixture, pour into kulfi moulds, cover and freeze for overnight.

Step 4

Place chopped kiwi, red and green apple on a serving plate. Place sabza seeds and falooda along the fruits.

Step 5

Demould kulfi and cut into halves vertically. Place them on the prepared plate, garnish with chopped pistachios, almonds and some mint leaves and serve immediately.
