How to make Tandoori

Ingredients for Tandoori Lollipop Recipe

Chicken lollipop 12
o
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon
o
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
o
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
o
Salt to taste
o
Hung yogurt ¼ cup
o
Kashmiri red chillies paste 1
tablespoon
o
Mustard oil 1 tablespoon
o
Garam masala powder ½ teaspoon
o
Dried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi) ½
teaspoon
o
Chaat masala ½ teaspoon
o
Gram flour (besan) roasted 1
tablespoon
o
Oil for shallow frying
o
Fresh mint sprigs for garnishing
o
Lemon wedges to serve
o
Onion rings to serve
Method
Step 1
Take chicken
lollipops in a bowl. Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, lemon juice and
salt and mix well. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Take yogurt(dahi),
red chilli paste, mustard oil, garam masala powder, dried fenugreek leaves
powder, chaat masala, salt and gram flour in another bowl and mix well.
Step 3
Add marinated
chicken lollipops and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 2-3 hours.
Step 4
Heat some
oil in a nonstick pan. Place marinated chicken lollipops in it and shallow-fry
till golden and crisp from all sides.
Step 5
Garnish with a mint sprig and serve hot with lemon wedges,onion
rings and chutneySoyummy
