oCastor sugar (caster sugar) 1

oTomato ketchup for spreading
oMustard paste for spreading
oMayonnaise 4 tablespoons
oPotato chips to serve
Method
Step 1
Heat 1
tablespoon butter in a non-stick pan. Place sausages in it and cook, rotating
them, on high heat for 1-2 minutes. Transfer onto a plate.
Step 2
Heat
remaining butter in the same non-stick pan. Add onion rings and cook till they
turn golden. Add castor sugar, mix and cook for 1 minute. Transfer onto the
same plate.
Step 3
Slit hot dog
rolls without cutting through.
Step 4
Spread some
tomato ketchup on one side of the cut side of each roll and some mustard paste
on the other side.
Step 5
Place one
cooked sausage and put some caramelized onion rings in each roll. Spread 1
tablespoon mayonnaise on top.
