Ingredients for AAM KA PANNA Recipe

o    Green mangoes 1 kilogram

o    Roasted cumin powder 4 teaspoons

o    Black salt (kala namak) 2 teaspoons

o    Salt to taste

o    Sugar Free Natura Diet Sugar 3 cups

Method

Step 1

Wash and boil the mangoes. Let them cool. Cool, peel, mash and strain the pulp.

Step 2

Add five cups of water and mix well and cook till well blended.

Step 3

Add the cumin powder, black salt, salt and Sugar Free Natura Diet Sugar. Mix well till Sugar Free Natura Diet Sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool. Chill in the refrigerator.

Step 4

Pour into tall glasses as required and dilute with chilled water as per your taste.

Step 5

Serve immediately.
